  • For when winter bugs strike.

    Acute Care Consultations are short Telehealth appointments designed to provide support for adults and children experiencing common winter illnesses.

    These consultations may be helpful for:

    • Colds

    • Sore throats

    • Coughs

    • Sinus congestion

    • Mild, uncomplicated winter illnesses

    During your consultation, Britt will discuss your current symptoms, relevant health history and any medications or supplements you are taking, so she can provide safe and appropriate herbal, nutritional and lifestyle support.

    Winter Ready Consultations are designed to support healthy immune function and help you feel more confident heading into the colder months.

    This consultation may be helpful if you:

    • Tend to get sick often through winter

    • Take a long time to recover after illness

    • Feel run down during the colder months

    • Want support for your child’s immune health

    • Want to know which supplements or products are actually worth considering

    • Prefer a simple, practical approach

    Together, we will look at your health history, winter patterns, current supplements or medications, and any relevant blood test results. From there, Britt will provide personalised herbal, nutritional and lifestyle support that feels realistic and manageable.

    This may include immune-supportive nutrients, herbal medicines, food ideas, lifestyle support and a few useful products to have on hand if illness strikes.

  • A little extra care for the colder months.

    The Winter Warmer Package is a nourishing seasonal offering for new patients who would like to take a more comprehensive look at their health and wellbeing.

    This package includes:

    • A comprehensive Initial Consultation

    • One Finnish sauna session

    • A 50 g bag of Golden Hour herbal tea

    Golden Hour is a bright, warming herbal tea blend made with organic ginger root, hibiscus flowers, lemongrass and calendula petals. A little warmth in a cup for the colder months.

    This package may be a lovely option if you are feeling run down, wanting to prioritise your health, or simply looking for a supportive way to begin working with us.

Britt is a qualified Clinical Herbalist (BHSc WHM) working at Mother Nature Heals in Port Noarlunga.

She loves helping people feel their best through thoughtful, personalised care that combines herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle support. Her approach is practical, warm and grounded in both traditional herbal medicine and current research.

Britt works with adults, children and families, and has a particular interest in supporting immune health, recovery, digestion, stress, hormones and skin.
