Services: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Workshops or Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
