How should I prepare for a sauna session?

To get the most out of your sauna experience, hydrate well throughout the day and avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session. Arrive feeling relaxed and ready to unwind. If it’s your first session, please allow yourself time to settle in and familiarise yourself with the space. There is space available to change before and after your appointment.

What should I bring to a sauna session?

Please bring two towels – one to sit on during your sauna and one to use after your session. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing to your appointment. Bathers are required in the sauna, and you'll have privacy to change before and after your session. We also advise drinking plenty of water before and after your sauna session to stay hydrated.

What can I expect during a sauna session?

When you arrive, you’ll be shown the space and the sauna to ensure you feel at ease. You’ll have time to change into your bathers before starting your session. The space is exclusively yours for 45 minutes, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the sauna at your own pace. For safety, it’s recommended to spend no more than 20 minutes in the sauna at one time, taking breaks as needed. After your session, you can relax with a cup of tea and have the option to take a shower before getting dressed.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
